Great system for general use, I am not an audiophile. Surround sound sounds good, works great for me. I just purchased the 2nd unit for a basement I just finished. 1st unit was purchased a year ago, works great.

I love the TV. The picture is amazing. It connects easily wirelessly....but there are some features that are completely inadequate.
The built in browser is terrible. It won't handle streaming unless there is a dedicated app. Even if there's a dedicated app things aren't rosy. Skype, in particular, just won't work reliably. The latest release from Panasonic's App market is dated 2011. I know for a fact that Skype has updated several times since then. You also can't uninstall the Skype app to try and get a fresher version.
All in all, the Panasonic is a great tv...but the smarts aren't there.

The DVD player did not last two weeks, USB port keep shutting the player down. It is on its way to MCALLEN, TX for repair.

Unit was what I wanted. all was great , but I found the speaker wires tha came with the rear speakers were much to short. Your room would have to be kind of small.

I have the 2012 model have had it ever since with much enjoyment and no problems. At 1000 watts not much more is need. Do need to up grade to blue-ray, will probably just get an add on. For someone wanting a full surround experience, this is the one.
