True 7.1ch Surround Sound System

By purchasing the SC-BT100KIT, you can create a true 7.1-channel surround sound system by combining the SH-FX67 Wireless System and the SB-HS100A Surround Speakers. The SB-HS100A Surround Speakers are ideal for Blu-ray Disc Theater Systems and come with a detachable stand which allow for wall mounting or low-board placement.

Amazing Sound without the Wires

With a conventional home theater system there are a lot of wires to worry about. To connect the rear speakers, you might have to run the cables under the carpet or along the base of the walls so people don't trip over them. And all those cables aren't very pretty to look at. You can solve this problem with the Wireless Kit for Rear Speakers . The SH-FX67 Wireless System transmits the audio signals by radio waves, so there's no need to run cables from the main unit to the rear speakers. The signal also isn't interrupted by people walking through the room or blocked by furniture.

The SH-FX67 is recommended for wireless connection to the SC-BT100 and SC-PT660. Transmission distance is limited. Performance will vary depending on room size and other conditions.

SC-BT100KIT is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good system - shame 5.1 speakers not available This is a very good system spoilt by the fact that although i was assured when I bought it that speakers to upgrade to 5.1 were available (just out of stock at that moment) the speakers do not appear to be available anywhere. I have had the system for over a year am happy with it but want 5.1 - searched worldwide - no one seems to have the speakers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is a geat piece of equipment with excellent sound. I had to spent more money and buy stands for the speakers, I did not want all four of them on the floor. The rear speaker wireless option disables the internet on the home PC's, probably a dual band router will fix the problem that means additional expense to have things working. The machine need occasional 'rebooting' by unplug-plug because the remote contol volume gets out of control on me. Dissapointed it does not accept the iPhone only iPods.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hope it doesn't break I've had this unit since last Christmas, but I bought it in Nov08 and it is just a few days out of warranty. It has been great up until now. The quality of the pictures and sound is great as is the ease of set-up. However just in the past few days the rear speakers have developed an annoying "popping noise" that comes through in all modes. I've done everything Panasonic recommends and can't find anything in the house that may be suddenly interfering with the wireless signal. I don’t seem to have any option, but to buy a new system or pay a local repair shop several hundred dollars to get it working again. I would not recommend this unit to my friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from ok system I have this connected to a Panasonic plasma 46"G10. It works and sounds ok but the volume is not nearly loud enough. The fm antenna is a joke. The remote is a bit too complicated. It was a good value though for the price and integrates well with the tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good System I got the system while a business in my region was liquidating and I'm glad I did. I've had no issues with what I bought and would gladly suggest it to a friend. Aside from the price tag, it's great. But you do get what you payed for!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Combo I purchased a TH-50PZ80U Plasma along with this sound system Saturday, February 28th. Both exceeded my expectations by a LONG shot. The sound quality is absolutely amazing. No issues with the wireless rear speakers. The only issue I've had is the Auxiliary input seems rather quiet... The device has to be on Vol. 30 to be comfortably audible, where as on FM it would be quite loud. Overall, I give this system a 25/25 Stars. Absolutely amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great system I love this system. It's a little expensive, but other than that I have no problems with it. I have had no problems at all with load time like some others have had. The sound quality is great and the video really brings movies to life to the extent that it seems that you are right in the middle of the scene. The rear speaker wires should have been a little longer though but that can be easily fixed. This system literally fills my basement with sound. The volume button is a little too close to the mode select button on the remote so you need to be sure to get your finger on the right button or you will switch modes accidentally in the middle of a movie. Other than that, I haven't had a problem.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Remote Control I have had this system since July '08 and am satisfied with the overall operation and quality of the system. I'm picky on sound quality and find that I have to manually adjust between heavy and clear settings quite often. Also, besides the heavy sound setting there is also a subwoofer boost button and a Subwoofer level adjustment to choose from. This seems excessive. Sound is great overall. I have had 2 unusual occurrences with the remote that corrected itself after a couple of days. When pressing the volume button, the sound level would either increase uncontrollably or decrease uncontrollably until you pressed another function key to stop the volume at the level you want. The remote has been fine since.
