Panasonic to Highlight Internet of Things, Connected Home and Safe Driving Tech at CES on the Hill

Panasonic will highlight home, auto and energy innovations at 2015 “CES on the Hill,” produced by the Consumer Electronics Association. Demonstrating the Connected Home and part of Panasonic’s “Internet of Things” strategy will be the DIY, no-fee Home Monitoring System. Representing some of Panasonic’s automotive technologies will be the Smart Rearview Mirror and Solar Roof. And showcasing Panasonic’s  camera-to-screen 4K-Ultra-High Definition ecosystem, the exhibit will include consumer and professional products to shoot, record, display and share 4K-Ultra-High Definition images at four times high definition resolution.
“CES on the Hill” gives policymakers the opportunity to interact with Panasonic technology and development initiatives shaping how people live, work and do business. Panasonic recently announced plans to make many of its patents available for royalty-free use to support the development of the Internet of Things. Panasonic is sharing key software in cloud computing that can support connected homes, building, campuses, even entire cities, with communications, security, lighting and other “smart” solutions.
